Retirement Application Forms:
If you are eligible and planning to retire, you must contact us to initiate the process.
We will then provide you with:
- Your Personalized Retirement Package. Applications must be submitted at least three months prior to your intended retirement date.
- Your Personalized Retirement Benefit Statement. This statement is required before you can submit your application.
The Retirement Checklist is a helpful guide designed to walk you through the pension application process. It outlines the forms you are required to complete and submit to NS Pension to help ensure your application is process without delay.
The Retirement Application includes complete instructions for submitting all forms. Please read them carefully, as there are three different addresses depending on the form.
To apply for your pension, you must complete Forms 1 through 6 in full and submit them to us. Incomplete forms may delay the processing of your application.
