Ryan Grant is currently the Deputy Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration. Prior to this role, he was Deputy Minister of Advanced Education. Ryan’s recent professional experience includes Senior Analyst at Thinkwell Research; Manager of Consulting, Strategy and Operation at Deloitte Inc. Canada; Chief of Staff of the Office of the Premier of Nova Scotia, and Executive Director of the Treasury Board Office.
Ryan has a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from Dalhousie University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom (UK). He has also earned an executive certificate in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
